A collective archive of
olfactory memory
Puck, our AI companion, is gathering a living record of human scent memory, anonymously, and one conversation at a time.
We believe scent is the sense most intimately connected to memory, place and the past. That connection is thinning. We value homogenised environments, synthetic everything, less time in nature and increasing time in the digital sphere.
We're keen to understand what people carry, what they love, and to help people eventually be able to have the motivation to heighten their sense of smell. So much pleasure can be gained from it.
We are asking three questions of everyone who visits:
What scents do you carry from your past?
What are you drawn to right now?
Do you think smell is becoming more or less important in the world?
The archive is anonymous and growing. We will publish findings. No personal data is stored.
